Eagles extend Las Vegas Sphere residency into early 2026

The Eagles have extended their Las Vegas Sphere residency into early next year – check out all the details below.

At the start of their run, the band had planned to perform eight shows at the state-of-the-art venue, with another eight then added. “Overwhelming demand” then saw yet more dates added, and they’ve now scheduled another four nights on their ‘Long Goodbye’ tour, bringing the total number of gigs they’ve played at the venue to 48.

The Eagles will play additional shows on Friday, January 23, Saturday, January 24, Friday, January 30, and Saturday, January 31. Presale registration for the new dates is available here through the band’s official website, with the presale commencing on September 17.

Further pre-sales from The Sphere, Live Nation and Ticketmaster will take place the following day, while general on-sale kicks off here on Friday, September 19.

The Sphere opened in September 2023, with U2 the first act to perform. They played a 40-set residency titled ‘U2:UV Achtung Baby Live at Sphere’, which focused on the band’s 1991 album ‘Achtung Baby’.

Over 600,000 fans were in attendance across the 40 shows, and it grossed $224.5million, making it the fourth-highest-grossing concert residency of all time.

In a five-star review of the first showNME called it a “dazzling opening night at the $2 billion Sphere” and added: “This is just the start of a stunning residency which will only continue to blossom with each passing night in this city of blinding lights.”

Last month, the Irish rock icons announced a concert film, V-U2, directed by guitarist The Edge. It began screening exclusively at the Sphere from September 5.
